Each decorative molding was individually cast, carefully assembled, and completely hand painted before being softly distressed to achieve an aged antique finish. The center cherub has also been hand painted and highlighted to complement the surrounding frame and create a cohesive old-world aesthetic. While the cherub itself is plastic, every visible surface has been artistically refinished to create the appearance of a unified vintage piece.
