Shipping policy

I try to get orders processed and shipped quickly.  However they could take up to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to ship.  Delays may occur due to weather,  holidays and/or carrier issues which are out of our control. You are able to select your shipping preference, ie, USPS, UPS or FedEx at check out. 

Custom Orders can take up to 3 weeks to ship.

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout once the carrier is selected. You will receive an email confirmation regarding your oder, along with a tracking number to track your package once your oder has processed.  

Local delivery is also available for those living in the Greater New Orleans area. Local delivery can be selected at check out.  You can also email kimberly@bohemianbee.art to schedule local delivery.
