Refund policy

We have a 7-day exchange/refund policy.  You have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange/refund as long as the item has not been damaged. To be eligible for an exchange/refund, email us at kimberly@bohemianbee.art within 7 days of the order being delivered.  Return shipping is at your cost. The items must be in the same condition that you received it, sealed and in its original packaging. Please make sure that the returned item is packaged properly.  We cannot exchange or issue a refund for any damaged or lost items.  Refunds/exchanges will be processed within 2 business days after receipt of the returned item.  Refunds should be back in your account within 7-10 business days.  

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Email kimberly@bohemianbee.art with a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.  You must also include photos of the damaged product.  All damaged items must be reported within 5 days of the order being delivered to be eligible for a replacement.  

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be exchanged/refunded.  Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
