Refund policy
We have a 7-day return/exchange policy. You have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange, provided the item has not been damaged, altered, or modified.
To request a return or exchange, please email us at kimberly@bohemianbee.art within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received and in their original packaging. Please package returned items carefully. Bohemian Bee will not issue a refund or exchange for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.
For returns that are not the result of an error on our part or damage in transit, any additional outbound shipping costs incurred by Bohemian Bee are also non-refundable. If the actual cost to ship an order exceeds the shipping amount collected at checkout, the difference will be deducted from the merchandise refund.
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 2 business days. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take 7–10 business days to appear in your account.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Email kimberly@bohemianbee.art with a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase. You must also include photos of the damaged product. All damaged items must be reported within 5 days of the order being delivered to be eligible for a replacement.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be exchanged/refunded. Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
