This hand-painted cherub statue has been thoughtfully refinished to resemble the timeless beauty of an antique European sculpture. Finished with layered paint techniques, subtle distressing, a jeweled crown, and cascading rhinestone embellishments, it offers the character of an heirloom while celebrating its handcrafted artistry.

Originally crafted as a resin cherub statue, this decorative piece has been individually refinished by hand in my studio. The antique-inspired finish highlights the cherub's delicate facial features, flowing wings, and harp while preserving the graceful details of the original sculpture. The jeweled crown and draped rhinestones add a soft touch of elegance without overwhelming the piece.

Standing approximately 12 inches tall and weighing about 4 pounds, this substantial statue makes a beautiful statement on a mantel, bookshelf, console table, entry table, cabinet, or layered decorative display. Its neutral antique finish complements French country, cottage, Victorian, romantic, shabby chic, and vintage-inspired interiors.
