There is something beautifully haunting about this veiled lady. I gave this resin statue an aged cemetery-stone finish, adding layers of gray and white along with mossy green details and a small skull tucked into the scene.
She has the look of an old memorial statue slowly being reclaimed by the garden—quiet, mysterious and just a little macabre. Display her alone on a shelf, mantel or table, or place two together for an especially striking arrangement.
Each statue is individually hand finished, so subtle variations in the painted and aged details are part of the character of the piece.
